Why Christianity?

• In today’s world, there are almost as many answers to the big questions in life as there are people who can write, blog, and post.
• But the one question that really matters is “How can I be certain?”
• Christianity is about facing life’s most difficult questions not with blind faith, but with certainty.
• If you have questions that either you were afraid to ask, or others were afraid to answer, reach out for an informal visit with our pastor; no strings attached.

Baptisms

• Baptism is a gracious and powerful blessing that the Triune God offers to people of all ages.
• If you’d like to be baptized, or if you have a child that you would like to have baptized, pick a date and schedule three informational meetings with our pastor.
• Baptisms may be performed either as a private family service or as part of a Sunday worship service.

Weddings

• The Triune God is the author of holy marriage. As such, it is proper for couples planning on marriage to have their union blessed by God.
• Our pastor is happy to officiate weddings both on and off site that are in accordance with our church’s beliefs on marriage els.org
• We ask that couples wishing to be married conduct pre-marriage counseling through our pastor.
• For weddings performed onsite, we ask for a donation to cover the use of our facility. Member weddings are covered by the congregation.
